About these terms
Creative and More is a remote-first creative studio. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Creative and More, and "you" means the person or company using this site or engaging our services.
Using this site
- You may browse the site and share our public pages freely.
- You may not copy, resell or republish our work, text, images or video without written permission.
- You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send unlawful or harmful material.
Enquiries and proposals
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. A project begins only when we have sent you a written proposal or quotation and you have accepted it in writing. The proposal defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, revision rounds and fees for that project, and takes priority over these terms wherever the two differ.
Fees and payment
- Projects normally start against an advance, with the balance due on delivery or on the schedule set out in the proposal.
- Retainers and monthly partnerships are invoiced in advance for each period.
- Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Bank charges and currency conversion costs are yours.
- We may pause work on an overdue account after written notice.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us the brief, brand assets, approvals and feedback we need, on time, and to make sure you hold the rights to everything you send us. Delays in approvals move the delivery date by at least the same number of days.
Revisions and scope
Each proposal includes a stated number of revision rounds. Work beyond the agreed scope, or a change of direction after approval, is quoted and billed separately.
Ownership of the work
You own the final approved deliverables once we have received payment in full. Until then, all rights remain with us. Working files, source projects, unused concepts and our internal tools stay ours unless the proposal says otherwise. Third-party assets such as stock footage, music and fonts are licensed to you on the licensor's own terms.
Our portfolio
Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio, on this site and on social channels, after it has been published.
Confidentiality
Each side agrees to keep the other's non-public information confidential and to use it only for the project.
Cancellation
Either side may end a project in writing. You pay for work completed and costs committed up to that date. Advances already paid cover that work and are not refundable beyond it.
Warranties and liability
We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care. The site and its content are provided as they are, without further warranty. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you have paid us for that project, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect losses.
Third-party services
Websites we build may rely on hosting, plugins and platforms run by others. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing or policy changes.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here on the day your proposal is signed is the one that governs that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction, unless your signed proposal states otherwise.
