Who we are
Creative and More is a remote-first creative studio. For questions about this policy or about the information we hold, write to info@creative-and-more.com.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, company name and anything else you type into our contact form, newsletter form or an email to us.
- Project information. Briefs, files, footage, brand assets and feedback you share with us while we work together.
- Technical information. Your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view, collected automatically by our server logs and analytics.
- Cookies. Small files stored by your browser. See the cookies section below.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To deliver, manage and invoice the work you have commissioned.
- To send our newsletter, when you have asked for it.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (newsletter and non-essential cookies), on the performance of a contract (project work), on our legitimate interests (replying to enquiries, keeping the site secure and improving it) and on legal obligation (record keeping).
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the studio, including web hosting, email, cloud file storage, video hosting and website analytics. They process information only on our instructions. Some of them are based outside your country, so your information may be transferred abroad under appropriate safeguards.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies that help us count visits and see which pages are read. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Project records and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, normally seven years. Newsletter subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to a particular use. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in each email. To make a request, write to info@creative-and-more.com. We will respond within thirty days.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Links to other sites
Our work is shown on platforms such as Vimeo, Behance and social networks. Once you follow a link away from this site, their privacy policies apply, not ours.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the studio and the law change. The date at the top always shows the current version.
